There are different rights conveyed by the authors to their ebooks.

B. Limited Use Rights
This is the type of rights you get when you buy a book or software
for your personal use. You can usually make a backup copy, but you

C. Standard Resale or Reprints Rights

Your customers don't have the right to resell the product.
D. Non-transferable Master Resale Rights
You can sell the product, keep all the money, and allow your
customers to sell the product as well.
Although they can also sell the product and keep all the money, they
cannot give permission to their customers to also resell it. These
customers have to go to the original author to get master resale
rights of their own.
E. Full Master Resale Rights

F. Private Label Resale Rights
These are generally the most expensive rights. With PLR, you can

however you wish or use the content in other ways. The only
restriction is that you are not usually permitted to claim copyright
to the resulting product.
7. I have problems downloading the products, what should I do?
Check your internet connection. It is better if you have a DSL connection. This will make your download faster. Just re-download the products, if you encounter errors in downloading.
8. I cannot view the contents of the ebooks especially those ebooks with an .exe file.
There are some ebooks that you should be connected first to the internet before you can access the contents or information. If you cannot open the ebooks, please re-download the file, it may be corrupted or there maybe some errors during your download.
9. I already made a payment, but I still have not received my download link or forwarded to the download area?
If you chose
to purchase thru our payment processors, there could be some
problems in your registration or connection. Please check with
Alertpay or XOOM about your registration. For offline payment, we
have to verify first your payment transaction thru Western Union, M
Lhuillier or G-Cash. After verification, we will email you or send
you a text message where to download the products. For some payment
methods, please allow at least 24 hours to verify your payments
